Gabi Bell
Gabi Bell has over 16 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience, with specific expertise in Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics and Behavioral Health Organizations. Gabi managed the daily operations for over 20 hospitals and clinics across the US as a Senior Revenue Cycle Director in her previous career. Seeing a need in the Behavioral
Health realm, Gabi started her own company in 2020 to provide high-level Revenue Cycle expertise to these smaller organizations. Gabi has a passion for people and communities and feels fortunate to be able to assist with the initiatives of Behavioral Health providers from a financial management aspect.

Amanda Hornby
Amanda graduated with her BA in Applied Psychology in 2011 and began her career in healthcare as a patient advocate at a local hospital. With over a decade of revenue cycle management experience, areas of expertise include denial management, account reconciliation and project management with the ultimate objective of increasing cash flow so providers can focus on patient care. Amanda spent the last few years as a Revenue Cycle
Director working with multiple provider types such as Critical Access Hospitals, Long Term Acute Care Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics as well a Provider Based Clinics; most recently stepping into the Behavioral Health specialty. This broad background has equipped her with thorough knowledge of various EHR and EDI systems including implementations, sun-setting and every step in between.

Jessica Whitney
Earning a B.A in School and Community Health Education and minoring in Communications in 2009, Jessica has always had a yearning to help community members with their holistic journey to a healthier lifestyle. Over the past 15 years, Jessica has been a team oriented and results-focused leader in her career and thrives on enhancing the customer service experience Concise Healthcare Solutions offers their clients.
A busy mom of three, and active community member, Jessica masters the skill of multitasking and is always ready to execute the next opportunity with grit and passion. Driven by making a positive impact on her clients and creating a warm environment for her colleagues at Concise, she welcomes you to be a part of our team!
CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Mark Bell
Mark has been in healthcare accounting for the past 12 years, most recently as CFO of a national revenue cycle management company. Mark obtained his CPA license in 2013 and has extensive knowledge of company financial processes, including budgeting, GL & account reconciliation, AR/AP management, tax, and financial reporting. At Concise Mark has had the opportunity to merge financial department expertise with revenue cycle management to
provide a global view of company health and overall performance. This allows additional insight to clients and helps Concise tailor services to maximize return that might not be otherwise be available. Mark appreciates digging in and working with clients of all sizes to assist with their financial and revenue cycle needs.
