GABI BELL
CHIEF EXECUTIVE

  • Gabi Bell has over 16 years of medical billing and revenue cycle management experience, with specific expertise in Critical Access Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics and Behavioral Health Organizations. Gabi managed the daily operations for over 20 hospitals and clinics across the US as a Senior Revenue Cycle Director in her previous career.  Seeing a need in the Behavioral Health realm, Gabi started her own company in 2020 to provide high-level Revenue Cycle expertise to these smaller organizations.  Gabi has a passion for people and communities and feels fortunate to be able to assist with the initiatives of Behavioral Health providers from a financial management aspect.

AMANDA HORNBY
CHIEF OPERATING
OFFICER

  • Amanda graduated with her BA in Applied Psychology in 2011 and began her career in healthcare as a patient advocate at a local hospital.  With over a decade of revenue cycle management experience, areas of expertise include denial management, account reconciliation and project management with the ultimate objective of increasing cash flow so providers can focus on patient care.  Amanda spent the last few years as a Revenue Cycle Director working with multiple provider types such as Critical Access Hospitals, Long Term Acute Care Hospitals, Rural Health Clinics as well a Provider Based Clinics; most recently stepping into the Behavioral Health specialty.  This broad background has equipped her with thorough knowledge of various EHR and EDI systems including implementations, sun-setting and every step in between.

  • For over 15 years, Jessica has been a team oriented and results-focused leader and thrives on enhancing the customer service experience that Concise Healthcare Solutions offers their clients. Jessica masters the skill of multitasking, marketing, and event planning, and is always ready to execute the next opportunity with grit and passion. MARK BELL
CHIEF FINANCIAL
OFFICER, CPA

  • Mark has been in healthcare accounting for the past 12 years, most recently as CFO of a national revenue cycle management company. Mark obtained his CPA license in 2013 and has extensive knowledge of company financial processes, including budgeting, GL & account reconciliation, AR/AP management, tax, and financial reporting. At Concise Mark has had the opportunity to merge financial department expertise with revenue cycle management to provide a global view of company health and overall performance. This allows additional insight to clients and helps Concise tailor services to maximize return that might not be otherwise be available. Mark appreciates digging in and working with clients of all sizes to assist with their financial and revenue cycle needs.
